As one of the world’s largest home textiles manufacturers, the client found themselves at a digital crossroads. With the goal in mind to embrace Industry 4.0, they quickly realized their legacy systems were more of a barrier than a foundation.


They lacked a single source of truth, which meant different teams worked off different data sets — often leading to misinformed decisions. Data quality checks were either missing or manual, causing flawed insights that hurt supply chain efficiency and business planning.
