The client is the largest and one of the oldest government agencies in the United States, Learning management is an established business process that manages multiple training and development programs across departments.
The client needed a central portal to digitize its existing learning management process (100+ training modules) and manage a high volume of related activities at scale.
In the past, this business process was managed manually using paper-based forms, spreadsheets and emails. This resulted in siloed training assets, inefficient management of training resources, cumbersome administration, as well as time-lapse between training sessions and results documentation.
