We are humbled to announce that Mokxa Technologies has been conferred with the 'Rise to the Challenge' business innovation award by the Howard County MD in recognition of serving the community during the unprecedented needs of response to Covid-19. NOTIFY, a product of Mokxa Technologies, is a web-based contact tracing solution that is built to keep track of assets' movement in real-time. It was designed to trigger notification alerts for the selected stakeholders if anyone in the same facility has been exposed to the contagion. Using NOTIFY, we rapidly enable a county correctional entity in the state of New Jersey, USA to effectively track inmates' movement across their facility that hosts around 2,000 inmates and 150 staffers. Built with Joget and IoT technologies, NOTIFY tracks their movement in real time and establishes a single source of truth that seamlessly consolidates the data of all inmates' movement. Business stakeholders can now easily identify the close contacts of all Covid-19 infected persons at their fingertips, and take immediate actions such as isolation or monitoring to deter virus spread and mitigate assets lost. Moving forward, we are in discussion with several other counties and facilities for similar and varied use cases.
Successful Deployment of the 'Group Health Insurance Client Onboarding Application' for the Largest, Independent Third-Party Administrator in the US
Client onboarding is the core business process for our client to add new customers to their biggest line of business. This process was formerly performed manually using technologies like spreadsheets, emails, and local databases. Upon conducting a detailed process assessment and root-cause analysis to determine the underlying business challenges, we developed and deployed a fully automated onboarding platform on Joget within 3 months, without significantly impacting their existing business process. Through various integrations with critical systems like Enterprise Data Warehouse & Active Directory, we completely orchestrated the business process end-to-end through 25 user screens, empowering business users to take charge of their business activities by virtually eliminating their dependency on technical expertise. Right in time for the high volume client intake during the yearly open enrollment season, the application has onboarded close to 2,000 groups within a span of 6 weeks since it has been live. Based on the success of this initiative, we are currently working on implementing the client onboarding for another upcoming new line of business.

In the past, the client had problems of missing 'Delivery Notes (DNs)' and 'Seals on DNs', which resulted in frequent delivery conflicts, slow invoicing, delayed payments, and various administrative challenges. By using Joget's prowess of low-code and its AI-ready TensorFlow plugin, we put together an 'AI POD Automation App' that now enables the client to manage POD discrepancies digitally, with an automated tracking process for up to 5,000 DNs per day. Through integrations with multiple legacy systems like ERP database and MS Office 365, this modernized approach effectively handles issues of missing documents, improves the overall process transparency, and streamlines the invoicing cycle for their customers.
